SENIOR PROJECT COORDINATOR

June 2020 - Present

Lead a range of our important business priorities, delivered through cross-functional projects that land on time and within budget. This includes the initiation and planning of projects as well as supporting our operational leaders through to delivery. Engaging widely across the business and the globe I align teams delivering commitments on initiatives that directly support our Xero strategy, ensuring a positive Xero experience for both internal and external customers. Driving 2-3 critical projects at a time from project scope to technology feasibility across our customer operations, strategy and execution and go to market teams.

DENVER CITY CURATOR
PUB PASS

April 2017 - Present

Create and maintain 25+ Denver brewery relationships, manage the founding stakeholders and our patrons/customers. I, also, created a new market in Boulder County with 15 additional stakeholders.
Other responsibilities include planning events for our end users to drive promotion and our brand strategy, track the development of marketing campaigns and negotiate contracts and attend trade shows often outside normal business hours.

M&A INTEGRATION PROGRAM COORDINATOR
XERO ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

July 2017 - June 2020

I implement and manage the IMO’s programmatic efforts throughout all areas of the Xero and Hubdoc organizations, globally and regionally, to achieve the commercial and product vision of the Hubdoc acquisition. My key role in the implementation is to provide transparency for decision making, accountability to stakeholders, as well as, support execution of each of the workstream’s and IMO goals, milestones and deliverables.
Implement and facilitate workstream use of IMO tools (e.g., project plan, issues / risks / dependencies matrices, etc.) and human systems to enable Workstream Leads to execute efficiently through matrixed organizations.
Provide the objective view on alignment or lack thereof throughout the program through clear reporting tools and cadences.
Support the IMO by providing general project administration support when required, this may include the setup and coordination of project meetings, workshops and events.
Establish and deliver initiatives and small projects.
Prepare for and ensure smooth running of project meetings and reports.
Revolutionize a client's digital presence and key assets/efficiencies; and mobilize our communities to adopt innovative ideas and tools.

PARTNER DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
XERO ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE

July 2017 - December 2018

As a Partner Development Representative I articulated the Xero value proposition in an industry context responding to all inquiries via phone and email from potential Xero Partners (Accounting, Bookkeeping, Tax Practices) and recorded all activity in Salesforce.
I was the only PDR that managed three territories compared to one where I would promote and onboard new partners into the Partner Program, manage roadshows and booths at conferences.
I advise and promote Xero certification and the on-boarding of 1+ clients.
Foster and build genuine relationships of trust and loyalty between Partners and Xero.
I'm excellent at working independently, as well as in a team environment

Respond complete, and implement through Microsoft Outlook, Lync and Excel. Assist client with product training. Participate in assigned special projects as needed.
